Anonymity / Privacy
Offshore-Hosts will never giveaway any kind of information regarding its Customers. If we do face any Notices, it will be forwarded to the Client and it will be upto him/ her to take steps to remove it. But we reserve the right to remove anything particular if we feel it is against our TOS.


Server Resource Usage
By signing up with our Hosting Service, you agree not to overuse our Server Resources. You should understand that you are on a Shared Environment & all resources are evenly distributed among Customers. We tolerate a Maximum Resource Usage upto 20%. If overusage occurs we will suspend the account temporarily & inform the Customer to modify his/her website as required. After acknowledgement of the customer, Services will be resumed.


Files & Database Backups
Though we take daily backups its our advice to our valued customers that they should backup their databases to their PC or any Remote Ftp once everyday.


Refund Policy
Shared Hosting & Reseller - We provide 7 days full money-back guarantee. But in cases where the Client fails to provide a proper reason for a Refund meaining - (Our Hosting Services are running fine but the Customer wants a refund), obviously no Refunds will be given.

Rapidleech Hosting - Specifically for Rapidleech Hosting we have 2 days full money-back guarantee (i.e, 2 days from the date of purchase)

Blackmailing us in forums or Opening up Disputes is considered as a Violation to our TOS and can lead you to an additional fine upto 25 USD for Violation & Disrespecting our Terms & Conditions. Refund Policies will be followed strictly by us and your refunds will be provided within a few hours if applied within the stipulated period as mentioned above.


Other Policies
Spamming, Phishing or any stuff related to Hacking are not tolerated in our Servers. The account found involved or containing such materials will be Suspended immediately without Notice.


Offshore-Hosts is in no way directly involved in any content hosted in our Servers or any Servers in our Network. Therefore Offshore-Hosts will not be held liable for any disputes or claims arising from the use or performance of the Offshore-Hosts Main Website or from any information, services or products provided through the websites of its Customers.
